We work with DHL, FedEx and UPS — licensed logistics operators that guarantee tracking and safe delivery anywhere in the world. For large orders, other couriers and routes are evaluated to keep logistics efficient.
Yes — it's best to cure it before first use: rub the inner walls with a little neutral oil or butter, let it rest 4-6 hours so the material absorbs it and seals the pores, and rinse well before preparing your first mate. This prevents cracking and improves the taste from the start. To keep it in good shape: always dry it after use and avoid leaving it in the sun or near a heat source.
Yes, the minimum can be freely built by combining any models from the catalog — there's no need to order 20 units of the same one.
